- Physician Clearance Required: You expressly agree that you have consulted with a licensed physician before starting this fitness program. You acknowledge that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your safe participation.
- Assumption of Physical Risk: Physical exercise involves inherent risks of injury, including muscle strains, joint damage, cardiovascular stress, and in rare cases, severe injury or death. You voluntarily choose to participate and accept all known and unknown risks.
- Waiver of Claims: To the maximum extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and forever discharge lexiDfitness, its officers, employees, trainers, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of negligence, physical injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from your use of this program.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless lexiDfitness from any claims, lawsuits, or expenses (including legal fees) brought by you or any third party arising out of your participation in this program or breach of these terms.
- User Accountability: You are responsible for your own safety. You agree to modify exercises to match your skill level and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
- Account Privacy: If this program requires a login, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. You may not share your login credentials or access link with any other person.
- Single-User License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the program materials for personal, non-commercial use only.
- Copyright Restrictions: You may not copy, redistribute, resell, share, or modify any videos, PDFs, text, or graphics provided within this program without explicit written consent.
- Billing Terms: You agree to pay all fees associated with the program at the time of purchase. If this is a subscription model, your payment method will be billed automatically at the specified intervals until canceled.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Ann Arbor, MI rather than in a court of law.

Each package is a prepaid bundle of sessions matching the training type and session length selected at purchase. Package prices and savings are based on the current listed rates and may change.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule any training session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.Clients who fail to attend a scheduled session without notice ("no-show") will be charged the full session fee plus an additional $15 no-show fee.
